Eligible doctors can earn up to £1,200 simply by completing a set number of qualifying shifts within a defined period after joining Leadcare Recruitment 

The bonus structure is simple:

  • £250 after completing your first 3 qualifying shifts
  • Additional £950 after completing a total of 12 qualifying shifts within 12 consecutive weeks

This bonus has been designed to reward commitment and consistency during your initial period working with Leadcare.

Who is Eligible?

This scheme is open to:

  • New doctors registering with Leadcare for the first time
  • Doctors who have not previously worked with Leadcare
  • Doctors fully compliant and cleared for work

How the £1200 Doctor Joining Bonus Works

We’ve kept the structure simple, but meeting the requirements within the timeframe is essential for processing your bonus.

1. Register with Leadcare Recruitment

Submit your application and complete your registration with Leadcare. This includes compliance checks, references and confirmation of your eligibility.

2. Start Booking Flexible Locum Shifts 

Once fully registered and cleared to work, you can begin booking locum shifts through Leadcare.We offer a mixture of days, nights, weekends and block bookings to suit different schedules and availability. 

Your qualifying period begins from your first completed qualifying shift.

3. Work Towards Your Bonus

To progress through the bonus structure, you must complete:

  • 3 qualifying shifts: £250 bonus payment
  • 12 qualifying shifts within 12 consecutive weeks: additional £950 payment

All shifts must meet the qualifying criteria listed above, including minimum 12-hour duration and full approval by both client and Leadcare.

4. Receive Your Bonus

Once each milestone is reached and verified, payments will be processed accordingly. Payments will be made through the next available payroll cycle after verification.
