TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the Doctor Joining Bonus scheme offered by Leadcare Recruitment (“Leadcare”) to eligible locum doctors (“Doctors”).

By registering with Leadcare, accepting work opportunities, and undertaking shifts, you agree to these T&Cs.

This scheme is discretionary, non-contractual, and may be amended or withdrawn at Leadcare’s discretion.

2. Eligibility

Eligible Doctors

The scheme is open to:

• New Doctors registering with Leadcare for the first time
• Doctors who have not previously worked with Leadcare
• Eligible grades excluding FY1, including:
  
  • FY2
  • CT1–CT2
  • ST1–ST6
  • Specialty Doctors
  • Consultants / Associate Specialists / Specialists

Exclusions

The scheme does not apply to:

• FY1 Doctors
• Previously registered or engaged Doctors
• Doctors who fail to meet compliance, conduct, or reliability standards

Leadcare reserves full discretion over eligibility.

3. Bonus Structure

Eligible Doctors may receive a total joining bonus of up to £1,200, paid as follows:

• £250 after successful completion of the first 3 qualifying shifts
• £950 after successful completion of a total of 12 qualifying shifts within the qualifying period

Maximum total bonus: £1,200 per eligible Doctor.

Bonus payments are processed via payroll following verification and are subject to tax and statutory deductions.

4. Qualifying Shifts

A qualifying shift must be:

• Booked and confirmed through Leadcare
• Fully completed
• Approved by the client and Leadcare
• Successfully invoiced
• Minimum 12 hours in duration

The following do not qualify:

• Cancelled shifts
• Partial or shortened shifts
• DNA (Did Not Attend) shifts
• Disputed or rejected bookings

Leadcare retains sole discretion over qualifying shift eligibility.

5. Qualifying Period

• The qualifying period begins from the Doctor’s first completed qualifying shift
• All 12 qualifying shifts must be completed within 12 consecutive weeks
• No extensions will ordinarily be granted
• Leadcare does not guarantee shift availability, and bonus eligibility remains subject to business demand, client requirements, Doctor availability, willingness to travel where reasonably required, and successful completion of qualifying shifts within the qualifying period.

6. Professional Standards

Doctors participating in the scheme are expected to:

• Maintain full compliance with onboarding and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrate professionalism and reliability
• Fulfil booked shifts as agreed
• Maintain good standing with Leadcare and client partners throughout the qualifying period

Leadcare reserves the right to review participation where these standards are not maintained.

7. Verification & Payment

All qualifying activity will be verified using Leadcare’s internal systems, client approvals, and payroll records.

Leadcare’s records shall be final in determining eligibility and payment.

Payments will be made through the next available payroll cycle after verification.

8. Fraud & Abuse

Leadcare reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or recover bonus payments in cases of:

• Misrepresentation
• False information
• Fraudulent claims
• Shift manipulation
• Abuse of the scheme

9. General Terms

• The scheme is discretionary and non-transferable
• Leadcare reserves sole discretion in all matters relating to scheme interpretation and eligibility
• Leadcare may amend, suspend, or withdraw the scheme at any time
• Participation does not guarantee future work or bonus entitlement beyond these T&Cs
• Personal data will be processed in accordance with Leadcare’s privacy policy

10. Acceptance

By registering with Leadcare and participating in this scheme, you confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
