Leadcare Recruitment Appointed To NI Framework for HSC Agency Nurses
Northern Ireland-based healthcare recruitment agency, Leadcare, has been successfully appointed to the new HSCNI Agency Workers: Nursing and Healthcare Support Framework.
The Framework, which will soon come into effect in Northern Ireland, means HSC Trusts will no longer be permitted to hire Agency Nurses from “off-framework” or “off-contract” agencies, and instead must use an approved agency that has been appointed to the Framework.
Established in 2020 by two Registered Nurses, Stephen Ferguson and Paul Strachan – who have over 20 years’ combined experience working as Nurses on the frontline – Leadcare Recruitment has become one of Northern Ireland’s fastest growing agencies, providing experienced, competent, and professional Registered Nurses to both public and private sector healthcare clients across the province.
