Whilst 89% of our Nurses rated our Shift Booking System as either good (22%) or excellent (67%). We felt this wasn’t good enough. A smooth and streamlined shift booking service is fundamental to the daily working experience of our Nurses.
Our easy-to-use app allows us to match Nurses with shifts using the availability and preferences they provide. However, survey feedback showed our Nurses would also like to be able to view all shifts available in the app so they could submit individual requests.
We developed our app to enable this capability, and it was rolled out within three months.
