Terms & Conditions

The aim of these Terms & Conditions is to make the Refer A Friend Bonus Boost Scheme as straightforward as possible.

  1. These Terms & Conditions relate to Leadcare Recruitment’s Refer A Friend Bonus Boost, which runs from Monday, 7th August 2023 to Friday, 29th September 2023.
  2. This Bonus Scheme is available to Agency Nurses registered with Leadcare Recruitment, and may be amended, replaced, or terminated by the Agency at any time and at the Agency’s absolute discretion.
  3. These Terms & Conditions are separate and distinct from the Terms & Conditions of Engagement entered into by Agency Nurses upon registration with Leadcare Recruitment.
  4. For successful referrals, the bonus is paid as £250 to the referring Agency Nurse (that is the Agency Nurse who makes the referral) and £250 to the referred Agency Nurse (that is the Agency Nurse who joins the Agency as a result of the referring Agency Nurse’s referral). Referrals must be made using the form above.
  5. Where an individual is referred by more than one person, and/or completes the above Referral Form to provide their details to the Agency more than once, the name of the individual on the first Referral Form received will be listed as the referring Agency Nurse.
  6. To be eligible for the bonus, a ‘successful referral’ is defined as:
    • (a) The referred Agency Nurse successfully completes Leadcare Recruitment’s registration process in full by the deadline of Friday, 29th September. Our registration process is fast and efficient, and our team offer all Nurses joining the Agency full support in completing the process.
    • (b) The referred Agency Nurses successfully completes a minimum of 10 full shifts within 10 weeks of completing their registration. For example, where the referred Agency Nurse successfully completes registration on Monday, 4th September 2023, for the Agency Nurse who made the referral and the Agency Nurse who was referred to be eligible to receive the bonus, the referred Agency Nurse must complete a minimum of 10 full shifts by Monday, 10th November 2023. The bonus will be payable on successful completion of a minimum of 10 full shifts within the maximum 10 week timeframe from date of successful registration. Eligible shifts can be completed in any pattern e.g., block bookings, one shift per week, etc. Note – two half shifts equal one full shift.
  7. The onus is on the referred Agency Nurse, or the Agency Nurse who made the referral, to inform Leadcare Recruitment that the above criteria have been met in order to claim the bonus.
  8. All bonus payments will be subject to normal tax and NI deductions, and will be paid via bank transfer only.
  9. Agency Nurses registered with Leadcare Recruitment can refer an unlimited number of individuals through the Refer A Friend Bonus Boost Scheme, up until Friday, 29th September 2023, and claim the £250 bonus an unlimited number of times, provided the eligibility criteria as set out above in 6 (a) and(b) are met for each referred Nurse.
  10. Agency Nurses who are referred and register with Leadcare Recruitment via the Refer A Friend Bonus Scheme are eligible to participate in the scheme as a referrer following successful completion of the registration process.
  11. Leadcare Recruitment reserve the right to:
    • (a) Vary the Terms and Conditions of the Refer A Friend Bonus Boost Scheme at any time and at its absolute discretion.
    • (b) Discontinue or terminate the Refer A Friend Bonus Boost Scheme without having to pay any outstanding claims not yet submitted, and/or to introduce an alternative/replacement scheme, without the requirement to compensate or inform Agency Nurses in advance.
