What You’ll Do as a Recruitment Consultant
Engage and Support Candidates:
- Guide candidates through the registration process in collaboration with the compliance team.
- Match candidates with roles that suit their qualifications and goals.
Build and Nurture Relationships:
- Develop strong connections with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
- Represent Leadcare Recruitment at networking events and client meetings.
Deliver Exceptional Results:
- Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on recruitment activities.
