TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Scheme is open to individuals who are actively registered with Leadcare Recruitment at the time of referral submission.

1.2 The referring individual must remain in good standing and actively registered in order to qualify for referral payments.

1.3 Self-referrals are not permitted.

2. New Candidate Requirement

2.1 The referred doctor must not have previously:

• Registered with Leadcare Recruitment
• Worked through Leadcare Recruitment
• Submitted an application
• Been in active discussion or engagement with Leadcare Recruitment

2.2 Leadcare Recruitment’s internal records will determine candidate eligibility, and its decision shall be final.

3. Valid Referral Submission

3.1 Referrals must be submitted prior to the referred doctor:

• Making direct contact with Leadcare Recruitment, or
• Submitting a registration or application independently.

3.2 Referrals received after a doctor has already contacted or registered with Leadcare will not qualify.

3.3 Referrals must include the doctor’s full name and valid contact details.

3.4 The referring individual must have obtained the doctor’s consent before sharing their details.

4. Referral Priority

4.1 Where multiple referrals are received for the same doctor, only the first valid referral received will qualify.

4.2 Leadcare Recruitment’s determination of referral priority shall be final.

5. Bonus Structure

5.1 Referral bonuses are paid at a rate of £1 (one pound sterling) per approved hour worked by the referred doctor.

5.2 Only hours that are:

• Worked
• Approved by the client
• Supported by valid timesheets

shall qualify for payment.

5.3 Cancelled, rejected, unpaid, amended, or disputed hours do not qualify.

6. Payment Duration

6.1 Referral bonuses apply for:

• The referred doctor’s first continuous placement period; or
• Six (6) calendar months from the date of their first worked shift,

whichever period is shorter.

6.2 The six-month period begins on the date of the referred doctor’s first approved shift.

6.3 No referral payments will accrue beyond this period.

7. Payment Conditions

7.1 Referral payments are conditional upon:

• Client approval of timesheets; and
• Leadcare Recruitment receiving corresponding payment from the client.

7.2 If client payment is not received, referral bonuses may be withheld.

8. Payment Timing

8.1 Referral bonuses will be calculated periodically.

8.2 Payments will be processed in accordance with Leadcare Recruitment payroll cycles.

8.3 Leadcare does not guarantee specific payment dates.

9. Payment & Deductions

9.1 Referral bonuses are processed via PAYE.

9.2 Standard deductions including Income Tax and National Insurance will apply where required under UK law.

9.3 The referring individual is responsible for their own tax position beyond statutory deductions.

10. Active Engagement Requirement

10.1 Referral bonuses are payable only while the referring individual remains:

• Actively registered; and
• In good standing with Leadcare Recruitment.

10.2 If the referring individual’s registration becomes inactive, suspended, or terminated, unpaid referral bonuses may be forfeited at Leadcare’s discretion.

11. Non-Transferable

11.1 Referral bonuses are payable solely to the original referring individual.

11.2 Bonuses may not be transferred, assigned, or redirected to another party.

12. Scheme Amendments or Withdrawal

12.1 Leadcare Recruitment reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Scheme at any time.

12.2 Any valid referrals submitted prior to amendment or withdrawal will be honoured in accordance with the Terms in place at the time of submission.

13. Discretion

13.1 Leadcare Recruitment reserves the right to interpret and apply these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion.

13.2 Leadcare’s decision in all matters relating to the Scheme shall be final.
