*£250 HCA Joining Bonus Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions outline the criteria for Leadcare Recruitment’s HCA Joining Bonus, designed to be as clear and straightforward as possible.

  1. Promotion Period

These Terms & Conditions apply to the HCA Joining Bonus scheme, which runs from Tuesday, 1st April 2025 to Tuesday, 13th May 2025. All applications must be completed in full and submitted by 13th May 2025 to qualify.

  1. Eligibility

The Joining Bonus is available to any new Healthcare Assistant (HCA) who registers with Leadcare Recruitment by Tuesday, 13th May 2025.

A new HCA is defined as someone who has never previously registered with the Agency. HCAs rejoining after a period of inactivity may be eligible for the bonus, at Leadcare’s discretion, on a case-by-case basis. Leadcare’s decision will be final.

  1. Right to Modify or Withdraw

Leadcare Recruitment reserves the right to amend, replace, or terminate this bonus scheme at any time and at its absolute discretion.

  1. Separate Agreement

These Terms & Conditions are separate from the Terms & Conditions of Engagement that HCAs enter into upon registration with the Agency.

  1. Criteria for £250 Joining Bonus

To qualify for the bonus:

a) The HCA must complete the full application and registration process by Tuesday, 13th May 2025. Our streamlined process is fully supported by the Leadcare team. Apply online

b) The HCA must complete at least 240 hours by Tuesday, 8th July 2025.
Shifts may be completed in any combination (e.g., day shift 8am–8pm, night shift 8pm–8am, AM shift 8am–2pm, PM shift 2pm–8pm).

Each HCA may claim only one Joining Bonus.

  1. Shift Availability

Leadcare Recruitment cannot guarantee shift availability.
HCAs are encouraged to keep their availability updated in the Leadcare App to facilitate quick bookings.

Full flexibility, Monday to Sunday, is required.

  1. Cancellations

Cancelling any shift will render the HCA ineligible for the bonus.
In extenuating circumstances, the cancellation of one shift may be permitted at Leadcare’s discretion.
However, the 240-hour requirement must still be met by Tuesday, 8th July 2025.

  1. Claiming the Bonus

It is the responsibility of the HCA to notify the Agency once the eligibility criteria have been met.

All bonus claims must be submitted by Tuesday, 5th August 2025.

  1. Payment Terms

The £250 Joining Bonus will:

  • Be paid via bank transfer only
  • Be subject to standard tax and National Insurance deductions
  1. Leadcare’ s Rights

Leadcare Recruitment reserves the right to:
a) Vary these Terms & Conditions at any time
b) Discontinue or terminate the scheme without compensating for any unsubmitted claims
c) Introduce an alternative scheme without prior notice
