HCA Referral Bonus Scheme
These Terms & Conditions relate to Leadcare Recruitment’s Loyalty and Bonus Schemes, which are available to eligible HCA’s, and may be amended, replaced, or cancelled by the Agency at any time and at the Agency’s absolute discretion.
These Terms & Conditions are separate and distinct from the Terms & Conditions of Engagement entered into by Health Care Assistants upon registration with Leadcare Recruitment.
Health Care Assistants with Leadcare Recruitment are eligible to earn a £125 bonus for each new HCA they refer to the Agency, subject to the following criteria:
- The referral is made before the referred HCA completes their application.
- The referred HCA successfully completes the Leadcare Recruitment registration process.
- The referred HCA completes 130 hours of work within their first 3 months.
Once the referred HCA has completed their 130th hour, the referring Agency Nurse/HCA may request the £125 Referral Bonus. The referred HCA must provide the referrer’s name at the time of registration. It is the responsibility of the referring Agency Nurse/HCA to inform Leadcare Recruitment once the criteria are met to claim the bonus.
Payment Information
- All bonuses are subject to standard tax and National Insurance (NI) deductions.
- Approved bonus payments will be made via bank transfer within 30 days of claim approval.
Unlimited Referrals
There is no limit to the number of referrals an Agency Nurse/HCA can make. Each referred HCA must meet the eligibility criteria for the referring nurse/HCA to qualify for the bonus.
Terms and Conditions
Leadcare Recruitment reserves the right to:
- Amend the Terms and Conditions of the Referral Bonus Scheme at any time at its sole discretion.
- Cancel or discontinue the Referral Bonus Scheme without obligation to pay pending claims that have not yet been submitted. A replacement scheme may be implemented without notice or compensation to Agency Nurses/HCA’s.
