Registered Nurse Manager Job Role Overview – Leadcare Recruitment
As a Registered Nurse Manager, you’ll lead operations, inspire your team, and ensure exceptional care delivery. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Leadcare Recruitment and setting new standards in the healthcare industry.
What You’ll Do as a Registered Nurse Manager
Lead and Empower Your Team:
- Manage and support a team of nurses and administrative staff.
- Conduct appraisals and coaching sessions to foster growth.
- Cultivate a collaborative and positive workplace culture.
Deliver Outstanding Care:
- Ensure all services meet RQIA standards and exceed client expectations.
- Update policies regularly to maintain compliance and best practices.
- Address client feedback with empathy and effective solutions.
Drive Success:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, staff, and healthcare professionals.
Essential Criteria:
- Registered Nurse/Manager on the NMC register.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a healthcare setting, including at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of RQIA standards and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office and care management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
