To help us identify what we’re doing well, and to seek opportunities for improvement, we regularly provide Nurse Satisfaction Surveys to our Agency Nurses, conducting an annual review of all feedback received, both from Agency Nurses that have recently joined us as well as those who have been working with us for some time.
We are delighted that we have DOUBLED the number of Nurses registered with Leadcare since 2023.

Our Feedback Surveys aim to provide us with valuable insights into the satisfaction and engagement of our Nurses. Actively listening to our Nurses is the driving force behind improvements in our Agency.
Feedback Surveys are just one method we use to encourage discussion and engagement:
• In November 2023 we launched monthly ‘Let’s Talk’ Sessions.
Occurring on the last Thursday of each month, our Nurses can book an in-person meeting or phone call with a member of our Senior Management Team to make suggestions, resolve queries, ask questions, or for any other purpose.
• We hold regular Team Meetings for our Agency Nurses.
We invite all of our Nurses to our Head Office for regular Team Meetings, with light refreshments, to share the latest developments with Leadcare, hold topical information sessions, and enable our Nurses to meet our team and each other.
• We host additional events, such as our Selfcare Day.
During these events, all Nurses – not just those who are registered with our Agency – and Student Nurses are invited to participate in a number of physical and mental health and wellbeing sessions with exclusive discount codes made available from local businesses, as well as raffle and spot prizes being distributed on the day.
We understand that a satisfied and engaged team feel valued, experience better work-life balance, and reduced stress levels, which translates into better patient care and outcomes. This is why we are immensely proud of the results of our Nurse Feedback Surveys.
We will continue to distribute surveys to our Nurses and encourage you to take a few minutes to complete them. Your voice matters and your feedback is used to further develop Leadcare Recruitment into the ‘Agency of Choice’ for Nurses across the Province.
