Nurse Referral Bonus Scheme
These Terms & Conditions relate to Leadcare Recruitment’s Loyalty and Bonus Schemes, which are available to eligible Agency Nurses/HCA’s, and may be amended, replaced, or cancelled by the Agency at any time and at the Agency’s absolute discretion.
These Terms & Conditions are separate and distinct from the Terms & Conditions of Engagement entered into by Agency Nurses upon registration with Leadcare Recruitment.
Registered Agency Nurses & HCAs with Leadcare Recruitment are eligible to earn a £250 bonus for each new nurse they refer to the Agency, subject to the following criteria:
- The referral is made before the referred nurse completes their application.
- The referred nurse successfully completes the Leadcare Recruitment registration process.
- The referred nurse completes 125 hours of work within their first 3 months.
Once the referred nurse has completed their 125th hour, the referring Agency Nurse/HCA may request the £250 Referral Bonus. The referred nurse must provide the referrer’s name at the time of registration. It is the responsibility of the referring Agency Nurse/HCA to inform Leadcare Recruitment once the criteria are met to claim the bonus.
Payment Information
- All bonuses are subject to standard tax and National Insurance (NI) deductions.
- Approved bonus payments will be made via bank transfer within 30 days of claim approval.
Unlimited Referrals
There is no limit to the number of referrals an Agency Nurse/HCA can make. Each referred nurse must meet the eligibility criteria for the referring nurse to qualify for the bonus.
Terms and Conditions
Leadcare Recruitment reserves the right to:
- Amend the Terms and Conditions of the Referral Bonus Scheme at any time at its sole discretion.
- Cancel or discontinue the Referral Bonus Scheme without obligation to pay pending claims that have not yet been submitted. A replacement scheme may be implemented without notice or compensation to Agency Nurses.
